I-Guide exists because every student deserves a guide — not when the waitlist clears, but when they need one most.
Why we started

Amara is a first-year university student. By day she sits in lectures, smiles in group chats, and tells her parents she's “doing fine.” By night, alone in her dorm, the weight catches up.
Campus counseling has a three-week waitlist. Therapy feels clinical, expensive, and hard to explain. Her mentor lives hours away. Career advice from the internet leaves her more confused than before.
At 2:07 a.m., she needs someone — not a form, not a waiting room. Just a door that's already open. That's why we built I-Guide.
What we stand for
Every feature starts with the student experience — not clinical jargon, not corporate metrics. Real people, real struggles, real support.
Counselors are vetted. Sessions are confidential. Messages are safety-monitored. Trust isn't a checkbox — it's the foundation.
Students aren't just minds to fix. Spiritual, mental, social, and career needs are interconnected — and so is our support.
Our approach
We designed I-Guide for how students actually seek help — quietly, on their phone, often late at night. No intake forms. No judgment. Just three steps from feeling lost to finding guidance.

Built with trust & empathy.
Every session confidential.
Join thousands of students who've found support across our four pillars.
